Are You Insured?
A. Yes we are fully insured. Public liability and professional indemnity. Along with all our equipment is fully insured.
What deposit do you require?
A. Our deposits range between £30 - £50 (excluding studio shoots) depending on which package you choose.
When does the remainder have to be paid?
A. 30 days before the wedding 25% of balance needs to be paid. Then the remainder is due either before or on the day of wedding
How long will I have to wait for my Gallery & USB?
A. While we aim to provide you with your media as soon as possible our maximum waiting times are as follows
Sneak Peaks - Within 48 hours
Online Gallery - 4-6 weeks
USB - 4-8 Weeks
What is your booking process?
A. fter initial contact (i.e date availability, any intial questions etc)
our preferred booking process for weddings is as follows:
Arrange a free no obligation home visit where you will get the change to see our photography portfolio printed off, examples of our videography, ask any questions you may have, see proof of our insurance and also meet us to ensure you feel comfortable with us taking your photos on your special day If you then decide to book with us a deposit would be required along with filling in the relevant paperwork and contracts.
Alternatively we can book you over the phone and paperwork through the post.
What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept:

All Major Credit & Debit Cards
Receipts via text or paper will be provided for each type of payment.
Do you bring back up equipment?
A. Yes absolutely, in the unlikely case there is a fault with one of the cameras while this one is being replaced the 2nd shooter is still covering your day. Also all our cameras have 2 SD slots so are backing up throughout your day.
What format will my photographs be in?
A. We provide our customers with high quality jpegs
What are your copyright policies?
A. While we hold the copyrights for the photographs/ videos, we do allow the client to use the material for printing and social media purposes (see our terms and conditions for full details)
What will you use our photographs for?
A. In general we use photographs in our online portfolio, printed portfolio and advertising purposes. Occasionally we may sell some of our work to magazines etc. While we have every right to do the above, we do offer an opt out option at time of booking. With regards to selling work we will contact the client before any agreement is made to ensure the client is happy for us to proceed.
