What personal data do we collect and store?

We collect the following data from our clients:

For Weddings : Names, Address, Contact Number, Email Address, Dates and times, Venue (s) Address, also close family members and wedding party names (first names only)

Why do we need these details?

We collect the details above, to ensure we can contact you to provide the service you have booked along with details to ensure we are there on time and the day runs smoothly.

How We Obtain the details and how are they kept.

We collect the details at the time of booking, should you not book with us we delete all information we have on yourself and day. All details are kept on contacts filled in at time of booking, in a folder at our home, in a secure safe. All Photos are kept on external password protected hard drives.

How long do you keep personal data?

We keep all our contracts and booking forms indefinitely, due to clients contacting us in the future regarding their wedding booking/media.

Use of your data.

We will only use your data to contact you regarding your booking. Only Debbie Lythgoe-stone or Daniel Stone will see your personal data. We may on the rare occasion contact you regarding any relevant offers or events Lythgoe Photos group (Capture The Love & Debs Photography Studio) have. Client Opts in or out at time of booking. Opt out of this at anytime by contacting us on enquiries@lythgoephotos.co.uk, as stated in contract.

Use of Photographs for marketing and advertising

We do use photographs as part of our marketing and advertising. We ask you at the time of booking whether you agree for us to use the media in this way. Should you change your mind at all, please feel free to email us on enquiries@lythgoephotos.co.uk stating your change of mind, whether it is to opt out or opt in.
